BOOKING POLICY

To provide a smooth experience, here are the conditions related to bookings:

Booking Process
Reservations can be made directly on our website or by phone. A confirmation will be sent by email once payment is received. Bookings are only accepted for individuals aged 21 or older. A valid ID will be required to confirm your age at the time of booking.

Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. If payment is not received within this period, your reservation will be canceled and the deposit retained. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent.

Minimum Stay

  • A minimum stay of 2 nights is required year-round.

  • A minimum of 3 nights may be required during peak seasons or long holiday weekends.

Booking Modifications
Changes are possible depending on availability and the time of year. Any modification must be requested at least 8 days before the planned arrival date. Additional fees may apply depending on the changes requested.


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that unexpected events can occur. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair:

  • Cancellation 31 days or more before arrival: full refund of the deposit

  • Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit

  • Cancellation between 8 and 14 days before arrival: no refund of the deposit

  • Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival or no-show: no refund of the total reservation amount

In cases of force majeure (weather, pandemic, etc.), we may adapt these conditions.

  • Check-out: before 11:00 AM

For early arrivals or late check-outs, please contact us in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on availability.

House Rules
To ensure an enjoyable stay for all:

Cleanliness and Responsibility
Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately. Charges may apply in case of damage.
